We just received word from Dow Jones News Service reporter Norval Scott that his story on ERHC is pending - well, we'll let him explain it to you:

Thanks for your e-mail. "Delayed" is probably a bit harsh - it's not as if ERHC as an obligation to talk to me, after all! - but I am looking to speak with the company before my article is published, so it probably won't go out until that happens.
