Dow Jones' Norval Scott: "Still waiting" For ERHC Response

A note from a reliable source this morning mentions an a.m. Wednesday response from Dow Jones News Service reporter Norval Scott, who was asked if he'd heard from ERHC officials so that his story on the company can run.

"Nope - still waiting," was Scott's response. He's been waiting since last Friday - six days now.

The glacial pace of ERHC's communications is legendary among its investors. The company is loath to reveal any information about itself that is not in an SEC filing.

In contrast, spokespeople for companies like Pioneer, Devon Energy and Noble Drilling - our MOU partners in the Nigeria-Sao Tome Joint Development Zone - are very forthcoming about their company, their prospects and their plans.

Some ERHC investors are a bit slow themselves - they just found the NAN story about JDZ awards from Nigeria's The Guardian when it hit the DJNS wire at 9:14am. It hit ERHC On The Move in its entirety last night at 10:45pm, 10 hours and 30 minutes earlier.

Alert swing traders lost a chance to profit from a .015 jump in share price at the open.

I believe Joe is correct. His quote says "Some ERHC investors are a bit slow themselves - they just found the NAN story about JDZ awards from Nigeria's The Guardian when it hit the DJNS wire at 9:14am."

They key word being "some" and not "all" investors. Those who bother to check this blog and or check the information that originates from this blog would have known. Those that don't check, wouldn't know.

I continue to be amazed people are not buying up this stock. It's guaranteed to pop not only on the impending bid annoucement but the attention from DJ. I'm looking to get more this week once $ gets released.
