The share price for ERHC Energy (OTC BB symbol: ERHE) bounced all over the place today, moving as high as $0.69 and now (at 3:54pm EST) trading at its low of the day, at $0.635, the Bid, with the Ask set at $0.64.
There has been no news except that the Joint Ministerial Council of the Nigeria-Sao Tome and Principe Joint Development Authority will meet on April 25 and probably reveal the block winners of the second round a few days later. That news came out yesterday, but was not greeted with substantial volume.
Volume was low through most of the day today, with only about 8,900 shares trading in the first 15 minutes. At day's end, the total was 1,118,100.
Among 215 trades recorded at 4:03pm EST, 540,270 were identified as Buys, 548,796 as Sells, and 19,000 were unidentified.
Update, 4:06pm EST: The closing price of ERHE was $0.64, down $0.02 for the day. The Bid and Ask were set at the same price.
