US Atty Rod Rosenstein in Baltimore May Be Examining Sao Tome Probe Report

According to technical sources, there may be reason to believe U.S. Atty Rod Rosenstein of the Western District of Maryland in Baltimore has received the Sao Tome JDZ probe report by R. Dobie Langenkamp and is reviewing it.

His office was unavailable for comment after 5pm this afternoon.

Typically, the U.S. Attorney, who is appointed by the President, would receive and review a request from a foreign government to evaluate information of the nature posed by the report.

The age and well-known facts of Langenkamp's report, however, would make it seem unlikely that the Baltimore office would authorize funds for a probe of its own involving a bilateral relationship that is governed by a treaty that sets forth an adequate means for addressing such questions.

If he did so, however, the FBI would likely be called upon to conduct the investigation.>br>
There also have been many requests, including one from us, for investigation of manipulative trading in ERHE shares. Given the vast workload of both agencies those requests may have just emerged at the top of the pile of such requests that has accompanied a Dateline NBC report on naked short-selling of penny stocks.
