Sao Tome Probe Report Available In English and Portuguese

The Sao Tome Probe Report is now available in Englisna nd Portuguese as a PDF file.
The report, designed by Anadarko and ExxonMobil to get Block 4 for themselves, runs 72 pages in length, and the basic statistical argument of the Sao Tome and Principe government is contained in one small box at the very end of the very last page.

The report
found no evidence of wrongdoing despite many rumors of same, and has been dismissed by the President of Sao Tome and Principe as "incomplete" and a "whitewash."
